Bred homozygous chestnut; heterozygous rabicano, sabino, and grey: 100% chance of producing chestnut foals when covered by chestnut stallions; 25% chance of producing chestnut foals when covered by bay or black stallions. 50% producer of “flash”; 50% chance of foals greying out with age when covered by non-grey stallions; 100% chance of foals greying out with age when covered by grey stallions. One in three chance greying foals will be “bloody shouldered”. (Note: there is actually no real way to predict whether or not the “bloody shoulder” pattern will develop, but since her sire will produce bloody shouldered foals, this is the percentage I have chosen for Ka’Serket for PA purposes.)
